- New course development in close collaboration with the faculty experts. We help faculty go from a bare draft syllabus to a fully built engaging course.
- Course reviews for continuous improvement using the Quality Matters rubric to use an evidence-based approach to thoroughly improve an online or blended course and improve alignment with course objectives. Or informally, to troubleshoot issues. (And the QM approach is baked into everything we do.)

- Patient interviews
- Clinical simulations
- Student and alumni interviews regarding clinical or leadership experiences
- Role playing scenario videos for students to practice responding
